Q: CAN GAMERPOINTS BE USED TO DOWNLOAD THEMES, PICTURE PACKS ETC ON XBOX LIVE?
A: No, Gamerpoints are purely for bragging rights.

Q: WHAT ARE MSPOINTS THEN?
A: MSPoints is the currency used over Xbox Live. Instead of the content being charged in dollars (or your national currency), you buy MSPoints and spend them as you please. 400MSPoints roughly translates to $5.
To purchase MSPoints, simply hit 'X' whilst in the marketplace and pick your purchasing method.

Q: I'M BORED OF MY GAMERTAG, CAN I CHANGE IT AND KEEP MY ACHIEVEMENTS?
A: Yes, simply press the middle button of your Xbox 360 controller and go to your settings. There you will see an option to change your gamertag for 800 MSpoints (roughly $8 dollars)

Q: I WANT TO BY A PICTURE PACK/THEME BUT I WANT TO SEE A PREVIEW BEFORE I BUY, HOW DO I DO THIS?
A: Unfortunately, you can't. It's the one downer with this feature at the moment, you just have to hope you're lucky by buying a cool one.

Q: IF I DON'T LIKE THE THEME/PICTURE PACK, CAN I GET A REFUND?
A: Again, unfortunately not.

Q: HDTV - IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?!
A: It really depends on what TV you have and who you ask. Games do look crisper in HD for sure, but whether or not it's enough to warrant splashing out the cash on a new TV is something you'll have to decide.

Q: I WANT TO TRANSFER MOVIES FROM MY PC TO 360 AND/OR USE MY MUSIC IN-GAME, HOW DO I DO THIS?
A: This is possible with the help of 'Windows Media Connect'. From Xbox.com:
Windows Media Connect lets you connect your Xbox 360 console to a PC running Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later—it doesn't have to be a Windows Media Center-based PC.

Windows Media Connect lets your Xbox 360 console stream music and pictures stored on an Windows XP–based computer anywhere in your home. View slide shows on your TV and play all your music—both your audio CDs and the unprotected music files on your PC—through one sound system.

Q: HOW DO I GET WINDOWS MEDIA CONNECT?

Q: I HAVE POSITIVE/NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, WHY?
A: Feedback is acquired from your fellow Live gamers when you play with them. If they think you were a good person to play with, they may positive rep you. Likewise, if you annoyed them they may negative rep you. The rep you have effects your stars on your gamercard, but don't fret! You'd need REAL bad feedback to lose some of your stars.

Q: HOW DO I DISH OUT THE REP?
A: Not planning on neg repping people for the hell of it now, are you Jimmy? Whilst playing with someone, if you view the player list (either in the lobby or when paused - depending on the game) you can view their profile and there you'll see an option to leave feedback. Simply navigate the simple menus until you've left the desired rep.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REPPING SOMEONE AND REPORTING THEM?
A: Ah, reporting is a much more serious action to take. Whereas repping simply adds/takes away from that persons reputation, reporting them actual goes straigh to Microsoft and could, if warranted, get that person banned from Xbox Live. PLEASE NOTE, however, that this is only to be used in extreme cases, if abused Microsoft may take action against you.
